Erica Moser, The RMH Group Erica Moser is a licensed mechanical engineer and Vice President at The RMH Group, where she leads the Science and Technology market sector. With over 15 years of experience, Erica has demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing complex engineering projects and mentoring high-performing teams. She holds PE licenses in six states and has a proven track record of delivering technical excellence and operational efficiency.
Erica’s commitment to professional development and organizational leadership is evident through her long-standing involvement with DBIA and ASHRAE. She currently serves as the Rocky Mountain DBIA Vertical Member Committee Engagement Chair and has held multiple leadership roles within ASHRAE, including Chapter President. Erica is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in maintaining governance documentation, coordinating communications, and supporting strategic initiatives—skills directly aligned with the DBIA Secretary role.
Beyond her professional achievements, Erica is deeply committed to community service and champions initiatives that promote inclusion, education, and innovation. Her dedication to excellence, integrity, and collaboration makes her a strong candidate for Secretary of the DBIA Rocky Mountain Region Executive Board.
Heather Green, Swinerton Starting her career with Hensel Phelps in California, Heather had the opportunity to work on multiple large-scale Design-Build projects. Right out of college , she was able to be an estimator and a field engineer on a $200M Design-Build laboratory that sparked her interest and excitement for the procurement method. She loved having the freedom to work with the architect and solve problems together with the Design team as well as Design-Build Subcontractors. She has worked on several Design-Build projects in Colorado since then. She is a strong advocate for increasing Design-Build in Colorado, as well as helping educate owners and architects on its potential as a successful procurement method.
Gary Shironaka, Growling Bear Co Gary Shironaka brings more than 31 years of leadership in design-build experience to his candidacy for Treasurer of the DBIA Rocky Mountain Region. As President of Growling Bear Co. Inc., he has stewarded the firm’s overall fiscal health, overseeing annual budgeting, cash-flow projections, and adherence to rigorous accounting standards. Under his direction, the company implemented enhanced cost-control systems, improved forecasting accuracy, and strengthened internal audit processes, resulting in consistently reliable financial reporting and transparency for shareholders.

As a certified MBE/DBE/SBE firm owner, Gary integrates inclusive practices into every aspect of business, ensuring equitable subcontractor engagement and supporting diverse participation goals. His expertise in risk analysis and reserve planning has strengthened organizational resilience against market fluctuations, while his collaborative leadership style promotes cross-functional alignment among estimating, operations, and executive teams.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and actively participates in regional industry and professional associations. His record of ethical stewardship, strategic resource allocation, and commitment to continuous improvement positions him to excel in supporting the Rocky Mountain Region’s mission of advancing design-build excellence.
Jacob Donohoue, Stantec Jacob Donohoue is a Colorado native who grew up working in construction and pursued his architectural education at CU Denver. He has witnessed the dedication and hard work that go into making a meaningful difference, and is eager to contribute in a new way as treasurer. He is committed to financial responsibility and organizational success, which drives his interest in this role. He deeply values DBIA’s work and is dedicated to its financial health and sustainability. As treasurer, Jacob would actively strengthen DBIA’s financial foundation, ensuring its long-term success.
